What are you currently studying and what do you hope to learn about whilst here at the zoo? We can help you tailor the most beneficial educational experience for your group.
What?
Choose an education program facilitated by one of our experienced education officers to meet your specific learning objectives, or book a teacher directed visit and use our education workbooks to guide and enhance your zoo experience.
When?
You can book your excursion on any day of the week. Education programs are offered throughout the term and can be scheduled around your planned arrival and departure times.
Where?
With over 110 acres to explore, you may need to pre-plan your priorities for the day. When we confirm your booking we will send you a zoo map and show times.
- Join us for our daily Wildlife Warriors Show, including freeflight birds and a croc feeding demonstration. This is a great opportunity to sit down, relax and enjoy some snacks!
- Use our free shuttle service to cut down on walking for little legs. Shuttles operate throughout the day.
- Get up close to our animals in our kangaroo and koala habitats. Roo Food can be pre-purchased ready for collection on arrival.
