Crikey! Nero was such an exciting addition to our study and he is BIG!! At 12’ 8”, Nero is a great addition to our research program. Not only did we meet Nero once in 2023, he came back a second time to say G’day! Nero had multiple missing toes from his back left foot. This is a commonly occurring theme that we observe in our larger crocs as they battle other large crocs for territory!
