2019 marks the first year in our GPS tracking of crocodiles where smaller animals like Danny-Boy can be fitted with a smaller sized tracking unit. The data that we receive from this younger male will be incredibly important to our study. Thanks to Bishopp Advertising for bidding on the croc trip research experience at the 2018 Steve Irwin Gala Dinner. This crocodile has been named and tracked through their support of our research initiatives.

This research is made possible each year with the help of Wildlife Warriors, The University of Queensland and our generous sponsors. This vital program is the longest continuous study of crocodiles in the world and helps us to live alongside them and help them, as a vulnerable Australian species.

We invite you to be part of our annual crocodile research trip by donating or sponsoring your very own gorgeous crocodile!
