Experience the ultimate wildlife adventure all year round! Australia Zoo is home to over 1,200 animals with FREE interactive wildlife shows daily featuring a stack of slithering, swooping, jaw-snapping action.

Get up close to Australian wildlife, including cuddly koalas, waddling wombats, slithering snakes, and cute kangaroos. Walk through the African savanna via Southeast Asia and experience our gorgeous tigers, incredible Sumatran elephants, mischievous meerkats, southern white rhinos, and zebras before exploring our beautiful Cheetah Grasslands.

Watch a crocodile launch its strike from the water’s edge during the Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors show in the world-famous Containers for Change Crocoseum, featuring snakes and birds!

Australia Zoo is proud to offer an exciting loyalty program, exclusive to Annual Pass holders! Starting May 15, 2024, with every dollar spent at Australia Zoo, points will be earned and accumulated which can be redeemed for future transactions.

Crikey! Not only will you be helping Australia Zoo fund wildlife conservation, with proceeds supporting our projects in Australia and overseas, but you will also be helping us spread our message by wearing, using or gifting your ethical purchases.

Annual Pass Terms & Conditions

• Annual Passes are available for purchase at Australia Zoo admissions or online.
• An Annual Pass Photo ID will be issued on your first visit. Photographic proof of identification is required for new annual pass holders.
• Customer details are used solely by Australia Zoo and are not shared with third parties.
• Annual Passes cannot be purchased through third-party ticket resellers.
• Annual Passes are non-transferable, non-discountable, non-refundable and unable to be extended.
• Annual Passes are valid for 12 consecutive months and cannot be placed on hold.
• Australia Zoo is closed on Christmas Day.
• A $5 replacement fee applies to lost cards.
• An adult must accompany all children (0-14 years).
• All guests are required to adhere to our Conditions of Entry.

Loyalty Reward Program Terms & Conditions

• Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Points will expire after the last day of your annual pass membership. Annual pass holders forfeit their accumulated rewards if their membership lapses or expires.
• Points cannot be earned or redeemed for online retail purchases; they are only redeemable in-store. There are no minimum points or dollar amounts required for redemption.
• Exchange values vary and seasonal promotions may apply solely at Australia Zoo’s discretion.
• Points are earned and redeemed on all purchases at Australia Zoo, including food and beverages, in-store retail purchases, tours, animal encounters, photography, and entry tickets where the Annual Pass card is presented at the time of sale. This does not apply to online purchases or transactions at The Crocodile Hunter Lodge and Warrior Restaurant & Bar.
