Help us save one, save the species!
If one man can make a difference, you can make a difference.
Join us in our fight for conservation. There are so many ways that each and every one of us can ensure our environment will prosper for decades to come.
Stop the harvesting of crocodile eggs!
Sign our petition to support Dr Terri Irwin’s call on the State Government to reverse its decision to allow the harvesting of crocodile eggs in Queensland. Dr Irwin is asking the Queensland Government to stop the harvesting and complete the necessary scientific research on crocodile populations before considering such an environmentally dangerous precedent affecting our vulnerable native wildlife.
Come and visit us!
By visiting us here at Australia Zoo, you’re contributing directly to conservation! A portion of our proceeds go directly to supporting conservation projects around the world.
Go one step better and become an Annual Member so you can join us all year round! Woo-hoo!
Wildlife Warriors
The charity, Wildlife Warriors, was set up in 2002 by Steve and Terri Irwin as a way to allow caring people to help us save one, save the species. Learn about how you can help them through a variety of projects and events by visiting wildlifewarriors.org.au.
Steve Irwin Day
On November 15 each year, we encourage everyone to pull out their best khaki in support of Steve Irwin Day! Visit us on the day for some epic fun. Proceeds from the day go to Wildlife Warriors to support conservation.
Adopt an Animal
Become an adoptive parent of a gorgeous animal that’s doing it tough in the wild. By adopting an animal, you’re helping us spread the message of their plight and raising awareness for their wild cousins.
Sponsor a crocodile
Help us in the fight for crocodile conservation by sponsoring your very own crocodile! Each year, the Australia Zoo Crew travel north to the Steve Irwin Wildlife Reserve in Cape York, where they undertake groundbreaking research on the vulnerable saltwater crocodile. By becoming a sponsor, you’re contributing directly to this incredible research and you even get to name your own crocodile! Crikey!
